The support center has a separate login, which is different from the one you use for the members area.
To access the support desk you need to register first. Just go to http://support.7figurecycle.com/ and register by clicking on the "Register" link at the top right (which will change to "Login" after you have registered an account).
You can then login to create a new support ticket or to view the status of your current tickets on this page:

Remember you can also create a new ticket for a new issue/problem you are facing just by sending us an email at: support@7figurecycle.com
If you ever forget your password for the support desk, you can use the Reset Password link:
